- Design, plan and coordinate programmes as well as the university administration in accordance with specific jurisdictions.
- Present university plans and information on university activities to the authorities of the university.
- Administer matters and physical in all university activities.
- Supervise and coordinate activities conducted by all centres / departments / units / schools on matters pertaining to administration, finance, recruitment, admission and examination.
- Detect and coordinate the programmes of each other sections of the university and take follow-up actions based on the results of the evaluation and general welfare.
- Ensure that the academic, management, and administrative goals of the university are met.
- Act as the driving force behind the university and make short and long term planning.
